If you want to train
at Lemonade and have every aspect of your program tracked and
accounted for, our Basic Training Program may be worth a look.
With Basic Training, your workouts will be
programmed onto your own "key" that, when inserted into our SciFIT
equipment, will automatically set your resistance levels and take
you through your prescribed exercise session for the day.
At the end of each session, your workout will be stored. This
data will then be used to build upon for your next workout and serve
as a marker for you to remember “where you started” on your personal
path to fitness success.
