BodyAge is a unique fitness program software that measure your current fitness level in a way anyone can easily understand. For example, if you are 35 but have a BodyAge of 45, the results can be a powerful motivator to improve your fitness level. Body Age will also give you an obtainable BodyAge goal along with specific recommendations of areas of improvement to help you reach your goal. BodyAge focuses on your general fitness and gives a reasonable and obtainable goal for each user.

BodyAge was developed by Polar USA Exercise Physiologists, inventors of the wireless heart rate monitor. Its design is based on health and fitness research and fitness assessment programs collected from the American College of Sports Medicine, the American Cancer Society and the American Heart Association.

The BodyAge Program measures five different factors related to your personal health and fitness status.  Factors include cardiovascular fitness with Own-Index, Strength, Flexibility, BMI and body composition. The program provides you a report that includes not only your current BodyAge, but also your Attainable BodyAge and a regimented, personal program to help you lower your BodyAge.
