If you want to train at Lemonade and have every aspect of your program tracked and accounted for, our Basic Training Program may be worth a look.  With Basic Training, your workouts will be programmed onto your own "key" that, when inserted into our SciFIT equipment, will automatically set your resistance levels and take you through your prescribed exercise session for the day.  At the end of each session, your workout will be stored. This data will then be used to build upon for your next workout and serve as a marker for you to remember “where you started” on your personal path to fitness success.

Basic Training

If you're someone who wants to take all of the guesswork out of your training, and you want to be able to accurately measure the progress you're making in your current training program, Level II is where you should be.

Level II programming takes the guesswork out of your training. It provides you tools to measure your progress in your current training program and towards your goals.

Assessment can include: Anaerobic Threshold, Power at Threshold, VO2 and metabolism.

Level 2 Event Preparation
If you've ever wanted a personal fitness coach, but thought you couldn't afford it, Cardio Coaching could be the program for you.  Cardio Coaching takes the personal training program from your BodyAge and funnels it into a heart rate monitor that serves as your "personal trainer" every time you work out.  Every two weeks, you meet with your "Coach" to track your progress and make any changes necessary to your program.
